Which items cannot be moved?

These items cannot be moved as part of your household goods removal:

1.Non-portable items that cannot reasonably be handled by two people due to size, shape, weight and that require additional lifting equipment (such as forklifts or cranes). If, however, the non-portable item can be packaged and dismantled by the owner it may be approved by your Toll Transitions Case Manager for removal as a PBO item.

2.Motor bikes, mini bikes and trail bikes, these items cannot be a part of your removal unless you will pack them in special crates and drain out lubricants like petrol and oil.

3.Car parts anything that forms part of a motor vehicle including panels, drive train items, windscreens, partly-built cars, car tyres, seats (dickey seats are an exception) but excluding accessories (accessories are generally after-market fitments such as visors, shades and towing rear view mirrors).

4.Hobby vehicle parts that are not clean and/or present a risk of injury to persons or property will not be eligible for removal.

5.Bulk fuel or building materials, such as garages, carports, bricks, firewood and coal.

6.Dangerous items such as firearms including ammunition and replica firearms (other than in specific circumstances covered by legislation).

7.Living items, such as poultry and birds, plants and livestock, including shrubs, indoor plants and trees.

8.Cash (in any currency).

9.Soiled items.

10.Jeweler, stamp and coin collections.

11.Private papers (wills, passports, etc).
